Rio Ferdinand | Manchester United News | Season 2010/2011 - Finally answered rumors about a move Rooney, Rooney extend the contract for five years with United. This was welcomed by Manchester United's veteran defender, Rio Ferdinand.
Says it wants to move the club, Rooney finally changed his mind and want to extend the contract with United. this is a great relief of all parties in club management.
"Rumour about Rooney's move is very disturbing our appearance, but with the extension of this contract we are very relieved." said Ferdinand told MUTV.
"I think Rooney knows he's a Manchester United player, he knows United can memberikaan best and lately a lot of players who feel regret having to leave Old Trafford."
"He has decided to stay and as players we are happy, I'm sure so did the fans and the manager."
