It's really surprising that a local shop (not to be sarcastic ;p) could really care about delivering QUALITY...talk about customer satisfaction. Not only was it packed carefully, the seller was also kind enough to keep me updated on the making and shipping progress of my precious necklace hehehe... everyone needs to feel secure, right? :D Many thanks, dear shop...really appreciate it... :)
